Problem: Configured FCKEditor with your own styles using the fckstyles.xml file but am not seeing the custom style in the list.

Solution: Clear your browsers cache.

I tried pressing F5 and clicking the refresh button to no avail. Thought I made a syntax error in the XML file and redid the whole thing… twice. View the page after clearing firefox’s cache & bobs your uncle.

How to Clear The Cache in Firefox 1.5

1. Click Tools > Options
2. Click the Privacy icon.
3. Click the ‘Cache’ tab.
4. Now Click ‘Clear Cache now’
5. Click ‘OK’
