The lack of traffic lights when there is a blackout in Cape Town

Just because the power is ‘out of order’ in Cape Town does not mean that Capetonian drivers need to disregard traffic rules. The traffic lights don’t work, let’s flash back to drivng school or studying for your learners license.

When traffic lights or robots are out you treat the intersection as a 4 way stop. 1st to stop is the first to go.

Here is a pic incase you forgot what the thing looks like. End of rant.
