The first set of release candidates for Firefox 2.0 Beta 1 have been posted to the Mozilla FTP. You can get this build for Linux, Mac, or Windows (Installer or ZIP).
The people at cybernetnews have also made a portable release of it for your mobile convenience as well as a tweak guide with some of it’s newest features.
Some things I noticed while skimming through was this neat little anti-phishing tool under the advanced options, as well as the restoring of closed tabs, which previously was only available though extra extention addons. It’s looking good so far, but it is still a beta release so for now I think I’ll just play around with the portable version.
