I found a neato little web app., xFruits, that can do some fantastic things with RSS feeds.
It provides some standard services like RSS aggregation and RSS to Web, but then also some other services I haven’t seen offered elsewhere like RSS to Mobile, Email to RSS (Cool for sending newsletters to both RSS subscribers and email subscribers at once.), RSS to PDF, with more services on the way like RSS to Email, File to RSS.
They’re open to suggestions for new services, but first go have a look see at their blog for more info.
