I’ve had this up on our whiteboard for a while now, to help ingrain this concept into us.

I thought I’d share this quote with you.

For those of you who don’t know, I collect quotes that I love and this is definitely one of them. Those quotes that you read and they just click, you can feel the truth in them even though you haven’t actually had experience with it.

I had a similar thought yesterday…
The common saying is:
“With Power comes responsibility”.
I think the statement is more useful when stated the other way around:
With Responsibility comes Power.
