For those of you not buying your Christmas gift online, yet or do not know about this:

Pop in at Pick ‘n Pay & get your parking ticket stamped by the Security guard sitting at the counter you buy sweets and nicotine at. This will give you 90 minutes of free parking. Enjoy. I love Cape Town.

LOL! Love Pick n Pay at Canal Walk! Before parking was free for like the first hour (remember?) I used to drive in the one entrance, shop there and then drive into the next section just before my hour was up etc etc. Now I just pop into Pick n Pay and buy a choc or something and off you go!

Pick n Pay no longer does this, they will only stamp you ticket if you purchase for R100 or more. Checkers however still stamps your ticket even if your only purchasing a cooldrink.
