jimmy walesYour Web AddiCT(s); were fortunate to meet some Internet Legends, Wikipedia Founder Jimmy Wales (pic on the right) and Prof. Larry Lessig of Creative Commons on Friday at the iCommons ccSalon at the Armchair Theatre in Observatory.

We asked Jimmy Wales & Prof Larry Lessig about TED as they are both TEDsters. They both raved about it, even more excited to get to Arusha for TED Global 2007.

Also got to meet some other local bloggers for the first time:

It was good to yet again connect with some of the Cape Town blogosphere. Awesome evening. If you were at the Armchair, you know what to do…

As they headed downstairs to enjoy the Rip, Mix & Burn session I headed home to spend QT with my other 0.5 :) Wonder when missing link will upload their videos of the evening.
