TEDglobal2007 changed my life, period.
tedglobal2007 fellow

Of all the talks that I attended during the TED Global 2007 conference it was Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, the first female Finace minister in Nigeria’s talk, that inspired and motivated me the most. The regular readers of this blog might have noticed that Your Web AddiCT has not been blogging the usual post-per-day. Why? As the blogging metamorphosis continues I’m making many changes, changing focus, simplicating and on the first day of Spring in the Southern Hemisphere, a new Web AddiCT will be hatched. Stay tuned…

Here are some of the South African blogs, by woman, I read in random order:

There are alot more but need to run off and get a new blog setup. What blogs, written by woman, do you read? If you’re a female blogger feel free to post a comment below, I’m in need of some more RSS feeds.

Have you read these yet?

    Thank-you for puting me in your “A list”, hehehe…

    Same as Marius, from time to time I read:
    http://www.adeleida.co.za – A girl GEEK, no less;

    Haven’t been keeping up with this one lately, but it intested me once because it gives a very useful insight into our society by quite a young woman:

    My favourite girl blog is:
    http://ruzelda.wordpress.com
    This blog now has a cult following from amongst my family and colleagues and their friends.

    I recently started reading this one from just accross our border:

    Hi there – since I am here let me say hello – I am happy you mention TEDglobal – I just discovered a new video by Chris Abani – it’s amazing have you seen it? I already registered with the TED site and busy looking through the list of speakers – there is a lot to discover there. My feeling is that one can organize one’s own TEDglobal actually – just an idea … :)
