This post started as a comment on Mike Stopforth’s blog responding to Mandy de Waal‘s Influential South African blogger article published by MoneyWeb. The comments drifted to why Vernon Koekemoer was in the top ten if he doesn’t blog…
Nic – Vernon does have a blog. Have you met Google?
The Vernon Koekemoer’s Google CV comes close to Mandy de Waal‘s. You’ll notice some of the bloggers mentioned in the influencial article filling both SERPs with their blogs or business projects. Mandy has been wwworking very hard to achieve this while Vernon was waiting for customer support from Vodacom, In the same amount of time Vernon Koekemoer was waiting on hold at vodacom, Mandy de Waal was writing articles about us.
Are you thinking what I’m thinking? Vernon Koekemoer, Mandy de Waal. I can like to has respect for both of them..
Have you read these yet?

The same thing we do every night, try to take over the world LOL.
Very funny!!!
Rafiq – do you have a link to his blog? perchance? An exact link to the place where Vernon himself writes? A place where I can leave a comment on a chronologically ordered post hosted somewhere?
oh oh here we go again
Vernon Koekemoer doesn’t blog, he stares at a telephone and his thoughts get projected onto the internet. http://www.dewberry.co.za/
Ja okies. Ek dink julle is moerse kwaai. Aai laaik jou okes stukkend. Aai fink jou okes aar laaik da bes search enjin finghi mabobbies in da hol of The Google.
http://www.ramboguy.co.za *is* Vernon’s blog. Perhaps more of a photoblog if you will, but a blog nonetheless – chronologically ordered posts of the Koek.
Just because he does not do the actual writing does not make it any less his blog. For other examples, Google “outsourced blogging”. Perhaps Vern was the one to start that trend?
