Vinny Lingham first wrote about Silicon Cape in blog post at the start of 2009, in which he highlighted the challenges and opportunities for the Western Cape technology fraternity.
Paul Graham (Founder of startup incubator, Y-Combinator, based in Silicon Valley) also wrote a post about recreating Silicon Valley.
He’d like us to really open the discussion to all the members of the Silicon Cape forum, but posing a new question :
