if i read your post right the opera list shows only the biggest sites browsed from opera mini enabled mobile phones, Admob says that the Samsung E250 is the most widely used phone in SA as far as mobile web browsing goes and that does not run opera mini and so do many other phones so that might account for the irregularity?
Saying that however I dont trust the OPA stats either!

I agree, but I think you should make another list a guestimate if you will combining both reports.

I would troll the top 40 SA sites to see who has mobile representation and chances are these will be the top 10.
