The Bees Awards is generating impressive interest in the advertising world: 68% of the awards entries come from large brands. They’ve received entries from the 5 continents.
One interesting trend so far is that large brands seem to trust small, specialized social media agencies. 70% of the entries came from specialized agencies. This is reminiscent of the DotCom rise when large agencies were loosing business opportunities to small interactive agencies who knew more about the next expertise.
