A cheaper SMS alternate to MXit, moBlitz
If you don’t feel like reading all of this, point your phone’s browser to www.blitz.co.za/mobile/blitz.wml download and have fun. If you have an older phone I suggest you download the older version alvailable at the bottom of the same page.
Using this website you will be able to do two things:
- Send free SMS messages to any cell phone that has the Blitz application installed on it
- Send normal SMS messages to any cell phone (you need to buy SMS credits at 30c each to use this feature)
So, get all your friends and family to install Blitz onto their phone! If they do, you will be able to send and receive messages as often as you like for almost nothing!
Getting Started
If you have already registered with Blitz using our mobile version, you DO NOT have to register again to use this website version. Just insert your cell number and password into the “Settings�? menu and away you go!
If you have not registered before, then you need to do so now. Go to “Register�? and insert your details, making sure that your cell phone number is correct (you MUST have a cell phone to use Blitz). You will then receive your username and password via an SMS. Once you have your password, go to the “Settings�? menu and insert your username and password. You are now ready to send free Blitz messages!
