Designing the multi-lingual relational database structure for site1 was the easy part. Trying to get your toungue around German, French & Dutch words seem to be more of a mission than expected.

Sara’s Landlord came to visit us again today for some weird reason. When she told him that everyone in Belgium uses email all he could not believe it. How can using email be hard to believe? Then again, he asked us if we were online.

Air conditioning is “Die Klimaanlage” in German. Television translated into German is ‘der Farenseher’. Guess what DVD would be in German? Well it’s just plain DVD 🙂
Back to work. If you need to translate a word or 2.0 from English to German, Flemmish, French or a few other try Interglot.
