Miguel posted the 5E’s of personal branding after his BTech graduation ceremony. I’ve just found the 3 C’s of personal branding.

Will we be seeing the alphabet of personal branding soon? Or even a product marketed by these branding Guru’s, “Alphabrand 2 minute Soup”, purrfect for web developement in Cape Town during winter. We’ll use AJAX to clean our mugs afterwards of course ๐Ÿ˜‰ A Web AddiCT never forgets their old posts.
Its not Coffee, Chocolate and Cigarettes.

The Three C’s of Personal branding According to William Arruda are:

  1. Clarity – Strong brands are clear about who they are and who they are not. They understand their unique promise of value. And this promise of value sets them apart from their competitors. It differentiates them and allows them to attract and build loyalty among the groups of people who can help them achieve their goals.
  2. Consistency – In addition to being clear about who they are, strong brands are also consistent.
  3. Constancy – It is not enough to be clear and consistent if you are not always visible to your target audience. Strong brands are constant. They are always there for their customers and prospects or for those people who can help them achieve their professional goals.

Those are lil bits, read more about the 3 c’s of personal barnding here. Maybe all this reading will help when I give Vega Brand School a go next year?
PS: We are now number 2 of 11 500 000 on Google for the term Web AddiCT as opposed to being number 3 a few months ago ๐Ÿ™‚
