Congratulations! You’ve been selected to take part in the beta test of the Website Optimizer tool. Before you begin using the tool, please take the time to review our pre-experiment checklist, which outlines the information that you’ll need in order to effectively create and implement an experiment.When you’re ready to begin, simply access Website Optimizer by logging into your AdWords account and visiting your Campaign Management tab. You can then click the ‘Tools’ link and select ‘Website Optimizer’ from the resulting menu< . Follow along with the Website Optimizer set-up demo to complete the steps required to get your experiment up and running. Here are a couple tips that will help you design your first experiment: - Start small. Your first experiment should contain just a few page sections and variations as you familiarize yourself with the tool. We recommend testing at most two new versions of each page section. - Consider your traffic. If your site receives a low amount of traffic, you should choose a conversion page that's only a few pages away from your test page so that your experiment won't take quite so long to produce results. If your site gets a high volume of traffic, with a test page that you expect will receive more than 100,000 page views a day, please As a Beta tester, you get the chance to try out Website Optimizer beforen anyone else. We ask that you start an experiment within the next two weeks so that you can help us gather feedback early on.
