ICT Achievers, we’re off to Jozi
We’re off to Jozi for the African ICT Achievers awards really soon. Your Web AddiCT(S); are pretty stoked and we’ve been prepping: gotten our Mobile Photo blog ready for the trip so you’ll be able to keep track of the journey from Cape Town to Jozi & the ICT Achiever awards ceremony in real-time with pics of the African ICT Achievers included 🙂
Strange thing happened the other day, Forgeahead gave us a call, “Mr Phillips & dos Santos, will you be attending the ICT Achievers Gala Event?”
Sure we are. Where are our tickets, accommodation & itenerary? When Your Web AddiCT(s); went up to Jozi for the National Innovation Competition the Innovation fund had every detail of our trip planned and sorted weeks before.
Foregeahead: “Umm.. you’ll need travel & accommodation? I’ll call you back shortly”
A bit lost we were nearly. We’re we suppose to arrange our own travel & accomodation for an African Event that boast the some of the following partners: SABC, Siemens, ITweb , Dept of Communications, Axiz, Mail & Gaurdian, SITA … ?
They called us a little later to confirm that travel and accomodation would be arranged 🙂
In a bit of a spin we tried to find the best airline tickets and came accross TravelStart
