One thing missing from the list of African ICT achievers sponsors/partners is an African Airline company. With the cost of broadband in South, and the rest of, Africa maybe it would be cheaper to take a plane to Timbuktu with a USB flash disk filled with data than sending it via HTTP or FTP.
