HowTo get your Mxit pin number

To get your MXit Pin Number SMS ‘pin’ to 34006 from the cell/mobile number you initially registered when you register for the MXit service. Once you’ve sent the sms with the message ‘pin’ to 34006 you will receive a response with your MXit pin number.

There is no other way to get your MXit pin number at the moment. So, unless you are using the phone number you originally registered for the mxit service you’re screwed.

If you no longer have the phone number associated with “your” MXiT login then it doesn’t belong to you any more. Numbers get recycled all the time. Someone else has your old phone number and they could be using MXiT and might have even changed the pin number already.

Move on, tell your friends you have a new number, register again. If you’ve lost contacts and you have no other means of communicating then you’re up the creak without a paddle.

Best thing you *might* do is to ask for assistance via MXiT’s forums.

Well, In my humble opinion, mxit sux. I have sent the sms as stated above and the pin they sent me is in the first place too long, in the second place the message reads “login to mxit and JoeBanker to redeem this pin” – WTF – never mind the contact number provided – this is just an interactive service so you don’t really get any help – ag no – goodbye mxit that I never used

Im still using my mxit’s original numbers but i can’t access them and this happened on one day. I don’t know what happened but i want my mxit this is too much for me as i can’t even chat with my friends, please sort out this problem as i am not the only one this is happening to. I HAVE FAMILY IN ZIM AND THEY HAVE MXIT AND WHATSAPP. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO LOAD A ZIM NUMBER ON MXIT OR SHOULD I SAY WHAT CODE FOR SOUTH AFRICA SHOULD BE USED, I AM REALLY HAVING A PROBLEM TO GET HIM ON.

jammer vir die afrikaans maar ek het n amder nomer gekry toe verander ek nie die nomer nie want al my vfiende is daar op nou se die stoepin mxit dat ek my pin moet kry en dit wil nie deur gaan nie wat maak ek help
