VeloCITI business, team, personal profiling
The VeloCITI pre-trip inspection. Apart from Cape Venture Partners doing a diagnosis of the VeloCITI business acceleration program participants’ companies we’ve just been informed that Aspiral owner, Roland Cox, will be facilitating our personal & team profiling.
The profile assessment process will entail:
- An online assessment per individual.
- This online assessment will be followed up with a meeting with Roland Cox for 1 to 1 feedback.
- Followed thereafter with team profile with feedback on team development areas, problem areas etc.

Forgot to post after an awesome session with PeerPower founder, Mignon, on Monday. Why? I’d compare the ‘soft’ exercises that lead to changes and/or affirming your world/business/personal view to the change that happens when switching your web browser from Internet Explorer to Firefox.
