So it’s nearly Spring time and we’ve already launched our new fresh design (we hope you like), and now we’re bringing some new, passionate energy into the mix. A warm welcome everyone to our new Web AddiCT, Yasser Buchana.

Yasser is currently studying Computer Science at the University of the Western Cape, and also works at FSIU (free software innovation unit) there. We look forward to hearing about some of the stuff he’s working on at the FSIU and draw on his perspective on the latest happenings from around the Web and the African Web.

So what does it take to be a Web AddiCT?

  • Passionate, expressive, creative
  • Love for Africa -> South Africa -> Cape Town
  • Spends a lot of time on the Web 😉
  • Interested in how the Web, Applications, Development and Design Impact our lives and do business.
