Recently at the Mobile World Congress held in Barcelona, Sony Ericsson unveiled their latest , most advanced mobile phone — The Sony Ericsson Idou.
The Idou runs on the Symbia operating system and it features an incredible 12.1 megapixel camera, with a humongous 3.5-inch LCD screen, a Xenon flash and as expected, a Touch Screen display.
Generally, whenever mentions of leaders in mobile phone technology arises amongst mobile phone enthusiasts, Sony Ericsson is viewed prominently as one of the most innovative. I think that this Mobile is one for the future and a one that will truly raise the bar of mobile innovation very high.
From the Sony Ericsson press release :
The Entertainment Unlimited consumer proposition is the pinnacle of what the company has been working towards since the start of the joint venture in 2001 – the true fusion of communication and entertainment.
idou encapsulates the future of mobile entertainment in the palm of your hand delivering visual communication like never before.
The Idou which is still (by the way ) a concept name for the phone will only be available in the second quarter of 2009.
