Broadband, a legal right, in Finland
The Finnish government have just introduced laws which will make it a legal right for every one of their 5.5 million population to have broadband access.

Unlike the expensive 4 mb broadband speed received on the fastest telkom ADSL line locally, by the mid-2010 Finish citizen will be legally granted the right to a one-megabit broadband connection and will be upped to 100 MB by the end of 2015.
