Why are Things Broken?

In his talk at the Gel conference in 2006 , Seth Godin explained the 7 reasons why things are broken, and how to fix them.

He begins off by asking the simple questionโ€ฆ โ€œ What does it mean to be broken? โ€œ

He goes further on to explain โ€œ …First of allโ€ฆ If I think itโ€™s broken, then Its broken โ€ฆ now you get to say the same thing โ€“ If you think itโ€™s broken? its broken! โ€ฆโ€

This is a really interesting talk โ€“ not necessarily because of the pedigree of the speaker, but if you watch it, you might actually realize that you have that โ€œHidden potentialโ€ to make things unbroken, and probably benefit from it.

Enjoy.
