Survey: Online Shopping in South Africa
As part of my my friends MBA research project at the UCT Graduate School of Business, he needs to survey South African internet users to gauge opinions about online shopping in South Africa. Please help out by completing the survey and perhaps sharing it with some of your own contacts.
There are two surveys, covering both shoppers and non-shoppers, so it is applicable to everyone.
The research looks specifically at online retail in the context of physical goods that require delivery to the customer. Non-physical goods and services are explicitly excluded.
