For those of you who have been wondering why this blog has been so quiet, there are many reasons. Started a new day job at some leading ecommerce companies. Gave my start-up a complete overhaul. Built (meshing together many open source systems) everything from the ground up, new UX design, new business model and some (loads actually) business process automation. Of the 101 paying customers 98 were happy with the changes. Conversions, time on site and pageviews are up across the board. Everyone is #winning. Also went to SMX Advanced in Seattle that took 62 hours of traveling on the round trip to the other side of the wwworld.

Anyways… the above video is really awesome and answers the question, “When should you start your start-up?” The answer is simple, now. 🙂 Wondering what my start-up project is?
